Working with OPOP Gaming, a competitive PUBG Mobile clan, was a full creative and production project that ran from May to July 2025. The clan was led by an energetic and highly engaged owner based in the UK, whose vision was to transform the group from a casual competitive team into a recognizable gaming brand with a strong online identity. The goal wasn’t just visuals — it was to build a complete digital presence that could stand out in the highly saturated esports and mobile gaming space.
The first major focus was brand identity development, starting with a custom logo design that captured the clan’s competitive personality and modern gaming style. From there, the visual system was extended into YouTube branding, including a fully redesigned channel banner, profile elements, and a structured content layout. The aim was consistency — ensuring that anyone discovering the channel would immediately recognize a unified, professional gaming brand rather than a loosely managed group.
Beyond design, a large portion of the work centered around content production and optimization. This included creating engaging thumbnails tailored for click-through performance, refining video titles and descriptions for better visibility, and managing social media link integration to connect the clan’s platforms. I also handled video editing work such as gameplay cuts, highlight reels, transitions, and music synchronization, ensuring the final output matched the fast-paced, competitive energy of PUBG gameplay.
One of the most engaging parts of the project was actively participating in the content process itself — including playing and recording sessions with the clan. This allowed for more authentic edits, especially for long-form gameplay videos and short-form reels designed for platforms like YouTube Shorts. The collaboration made the content feel more natural and immersive, rather than externally edited, and helped reflect the real dynamics of the team in action. Overall, the project combined branding, content creation, and gaming culture into a cohesive digital identity that elevated OPOP Gaming’s presence significantly.
